As we hinted yesterday, we had a total blast at our 'Upon A Star' Wedding Gown Giveaway Celebration on Friday!
With 6 amazing finalists and over 3000 public votes, it was an exciting race to the finish. The lovely Farisa Dastvar won the gorgeous Eternal Flame gown by Jorge Manuel. She assembled an exuberant crew of friends and family to help her celebrate the exciting news!
With Hitched owners Carin and Julia and designer Jorge Manuel standing by, watching Jeanine Lalonde, last year's 'Upon A Star' winner, announce this year's winner was truly a treat!
We are especially thankful to our amazing partners for helping to make sure a great event. The guests were treated to delicious fare by Design Cuisine, beautiful Flowers By Sidra, and fun party favors-- personalized note cards by Meant to be Calligraphy. In addition to a custom gown by Jorge Manuel, Farisa got to spend the night at the luxurious Fairmont Hotel [how divine]!
