We've got another stunning Hitched wedding to share today-- this time complete with a recap from the beautiful bride herself! Welcome Biffy, who will share a bit about her big day with hubby Chris!

We had an incredible wedding weekend, starting with a fun BBQ style rehearsal dinner-- a nice contrast to our more formal wedding. Chris and I got married at the Homestead in Hot Springs, Virginia.

The ceremony was at Hot Springs Presbyterian church, cocktail hour was outside on the Croquet Lawn and the reception was in the Crystal Ballroom. The Homestead was such a lovely location with fun activities. The guys went skeet shooting in the morning and my father and family played a round of golf that morning. One of my favorite details was that, when you walked in to the ceremony, guests saw pictures from our parents' and grandparents' weddings.

Chris wore slippers from Brooks Brothers which were really fun with his tux! My dress was Judd Waddell, and I also got my accessories from Hitched to complete the look. I wore my grandmother's wedding ring as my something old.

My sister, Chrissy, was my maid of honor and her daughter, Elle, was the flower girl. Our first dance song was a bit unorthodox, but it turned out so great, we danced to "Nothing'd Gonna Stop Us Now" by Starship. Another fun part of the wedding was surprising Chris with a chocolate cake with peanut butter icing in the shape of a Wake Forest Deamon Deacon. In lieu of parting gifts, we made a donation to a charity I volunteer for through the Junior League of Washington called Horton's Kids.

The whole event was so fun and memorable and we couldn't be happier!
