Another smiling bride in the house was Cecilia, who was the winner of the incredible giveaway at the Sample Sale event-- a weekend stay at the Presidential Suite at The Westin Georgetown! Congrats to Cecilia, and thanks to everyone who made the Sample Sale a success!
